For this retreat, we welcome Satyen & Suzanne Raja from WarriorSage. Since 1999, WarriorSage has served entrepreneurs, CEOs, and visionary leaders by bridging ancient wisdom traditions with modern leadership, drawing from 45 years of martial arts, shamanic practice, healing modalities, and guiding thousands through spiritual awakening. Suzanne Raja brings decades of expertise in conscious relationship and sacred partnership. Together, they work with leaders in small, private containers where the real transformation happens.

Ethos Founding Members Retreat Itinerary
Friday, July 31st Programming: Opening
• Departure from San Diego at 9:00 am
• Friday programming includes: lunch at a private winery, hotel check-in, & Ethos Baja tour at sunset: arrival ceremony & land activation
Dinner at Tahona Baja under ancient oak trees
Saturday, August 1st Programming: Connection, Service & Celebration
Day activities:
• Wellness morning activities: yoga at Ethos Temple, connect with the land and WarriorSage workshop
Afternoon of Service: orphanage volunteering
Afternoon break
Immersive evening party at the Ethos temple
Sunday, August 2nd Programming: Closing
• Integration process & sound healing experience
Last afternoon meal experience in one of Valle de Guadalupe’s iconic restaurant
6 pm: back to San Diego
